The other week, I went to a health food store and picked up some interesting goods I’d like to share!

Golden turmeric infusion — a powder you mix with warm milk or hot water in order to make “golden milk,” an ancient eastern recipe with numerous health benefits, everything from mood boost to reduction of many diseases.

From left to right — sunflower butter, apple butter spread, and rosemary honey.

Passion fruit homemade jelly and organic agave sweetener!

Pancake mix with plant-based protein.

All the teas! Berry detox, sage, red raspberry leaf, lemon mint, and red clover blossoms.

Spices — parsley, garlic pepper, and turmeric!

Butter party mints! Not very “healthy” but reminds me of my grandma and those old-fashioned diners!

Dr. Bronner’s hemp rose castile soap. This comes with almost infinite uses, you can use it on it’s own or mixed with water for soap, shampoo, cleaning and more, or you can mix it with other oils and ingredients.

Also picked up some natural lavender & biotin shampoo and conditioner.

Finally, love this Vanilla Madagascar Badger lip balm!
